Yogurt Chill Cheesecake
Bereksperimen buat yogurt chill cheesecake. Rasanya mmg sedap n lembut, cuma buatnya leceh sket sbb kena keringkan yogurt. Bagi yang nak mencuba, bole refer resepi dibawah, kalau malas nak buat, boleh order je dgn saya :)
Yogurt Chill Cheesecake
(resepi dari jintanmanis)
Base :
*bole pakai sponge cake @ biskut
150gm biskut + 2 tbsp marjerin cair
Filling :
125gm plain yogurt (buang air, baru timbang)
150gm whipping cream
125gm cream cheese
90gm gula
1 tbsp lemon
*cara tapis air dari yogurt - ambil penapis, alas dgn kitchen towel, curah yogurt dan letak atas bowl. Biar 1-2jam. Ambil yogurt dan timbang
Larutan gelatin :
10gm gelatin + 50ml air - double boil
1. Putar cream cheese hingga lembut.
2. Masukkan gula dan perahan lemon
3. Masukkan gelatin, yogurt dan whip cream. Putar sebati.
4. Masukkan dalam loyang yang telah diletak base biskut.
5. Lorekkan dgn filling blueberry/ strawbery/rasberry di atas adunan.
6. Biarkan kek dalan fridge semalaman.
